1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kickup11 ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Kickup11 is a platform that allows users to organize, discover, and join recreational soccer games, including pickup games and sub-finder services. The Platform facilitates coordination between players but does not itself organize, host, or supervise any games.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Accounts are subject to approval and may be declined at our discretion.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent game listings
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Circumvent any technical measures we use to protect the Platform
  • Use automated tools to scrape, access, or interact with the Platform
  • Violate any applicable local, state, or federal laws

6. Games and Player Conduct

Kickup11 is a coordination tool only. We are not responsible for the conduct of players during games, the condition of venues, injuries, property damage, or any other incidents that occur in connection with games organized through the Platform. Participation in any game is entirely at your own risk.

7. Payments

Kickup11 does not process payments. Any cost-sharing arrangements between players (such as field fees) are conducted entirely outside the Platform between the individuals involved. Kickup11 has no responsibility or liability in connection with any such transactions.

8. Sub Finder and Notifications

By enabling the Sub Finder feature on your profile, you consent to receiving email notifications when games in your area need a fill-in player. You may opt out at any time by disabling Sub Finder on your profile page.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on the Platform are the property of Kickup11. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KICKUP11 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY GAME COORDINATED THROUGH IT.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
