By accessing or using Kickup11 ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
Kickup11 is a platform that allows users to organize, discover, and join recreational soccer games and related meetups, including pickup games, league sub-finder services, shareable sub requests for games held outside the Platform, shareable team-roster ("Team Builder") links that let captains collect and review player applications, free-agent availability profiles, crews (saved groups of players), watch parties, team assignment, and game-result tracking. The Platform facilitates coordination between players but does not itself organize, host, supervise, or vet any games, teams, events, or participants. Decisions about who to accept onto a roster or into a sub spot are made solely by the host or captain, who is responsible for those decisions.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Accounts are subject to approval and may be declined at our discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
Kickup11 is a coordination tool only. We are not responsible for the conduct of players during games, the condition of venues, injuries, property damage, or any other incidents that occur in connection with games organized through the Platform. Participation in any game is entirely at your own risk.
Locations, fields, addresses, and map links shown on the Platform are submitted by hosts and other users and are not verified by Kickup11. We make no representation or warranty that any location is public, free of charge, open to pickup play, accurately described, available, or safe. You are solely responsible for confirming that you have permission to use a location and for your own safety there. Map links are provided for convenience only; we do not control or endorse third-party mapping services.
Kickup11 does not process, collect, hold, or transfer payments of any kind. Any cost-sharing or fee arrangements between users — such as field fees, league fees, or roster dues collected by a captain or organizer — are conducted entirely outside the Platform between the individuals involved. Any payment instructions shared through the Platform (for example, a captain's payment handle or note) are provided by users, not by Kickup11. Kickup11 has no responsibility or liability in connection with any such transactions, including non-payment, refunds, or disputes.
By making yourself available as a sub or free agent on your profile, you consent to receiving email and/or push notifications when games or teams in your area need a player, and to your profile being findable by hosts and captains who are recruiting. You may opt out at any time by turning this off on your profile page.
Hosts and captains may create shareable sub-request and team-roster links and distribute them outside the Platform. Anyone who opens such a link may claim, request, or apply for an open spot; doing so may create a Kickup11 account using the name and email provided, and may share the applicant's profile and pitch with that host or captain for review. You are responsible for sharing these links only with people you intend to invite, for any information you choose to provide when applying or listing yourself as a free agent, and for your own conduct and accuracy in describing your experience.
All content, branding, and software on the Platform are the property of Kickup11. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KICKUP11 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY GAME COORDINATED THROUGH IT.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
