Account information: When you join, we collect your name, email address, and the profile details you provide — including your preferred playing positions, skill level, home area (city/metro), and phone number (optional).
Usage data: We collect information about how you use the platform, including games you create, RSVPs, waitlist activity, and login timestamps.

We do not collect payment information. Any financial arrangements between players occur outside our platform.

If you enable the Sub Finder feature, your name, positions, skill level, and home area may be used to match you with games that need a fill-in player. You will receive email notifications for matching games. You can opt out at any time by disabling Sub Finder on your profile page.
Your name and RSVP status are visible to other members of the platform on game listings. Your email address is never displayed publicly. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use Resend (resend.com) to deliver transactional emails. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for the purpose of sending you notifications you have requested.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you wish to have your account deleted, contact us at hello@kickup11.com and we will remove your personal data within 30 days.
Kickup11 uses cookies to keep you logged in and to maintain session state. These are strictly functional cookies — we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
